Susan Ibbetson

Contextual Studies

Susan trained at Arts Educational School (Tring) and Arts Educational School (London). After working as a dancer in the UK and abroad she established her own BTDA school in West Yorkshire and became an examiner for BTDA and a member of the Classical Ballet Artistic Group.

After gaining a Post Graduate Diploma in Performance Studies (Dance Movement Psychotherapy) at the University of Leeds she moved to Cornwall where she practiced as a therapist in the NHS and private sector.

Since returning to the Midlands she has resumed her role as an Examiner, become an Independent Assessor for GQAL PEARL and has established herself as a Freelance Teacher, Lecturer and Assessor.
